These terms describe how to use ZuuVi’s current shopping service.

Your account

Provide accurate account and delivery details. Keep your password private and use only your own account. Do not attempt to access another customer’s or store’s information.

Prices and availability

Product availability and prices are checked again at checkout. Cart amounts are previews. Review the items, discounts, delivery charge and final total before placing an order.

Payment and delivery

The current service accepts Cash on Delivery only. Pay the confirmed amount when the order is delivered and cash is collected. Provide a reachable phone number and accurate delivery location.

Cancellation

Eligible orders show a cancellation option in your order details. Availability depends on the current processing status. Your order history retains cancelled orders.

Account information

ZuuVi uses the account, contact, location and order information you provide to operate your account and fulfil orders. If you choose Google sign-in, ZuuVi receives your Google account identifier, name and verified email address for authentication.
